1.- PURPOSE and SCOPE<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The draw is organized through the brands SAND\u00cdA FOODIE and MEL\u00d3N DE AUTOR by PROGRESMAMI SL (hereinafter, SAND\u00cdA FOODIE and MEL\u00d3N DE AUTOR),<\/span> with registered office at Paseo Progr\u00e9s n\u00ba34, Olesa de Montserrat, Barcelona and CIF B66829136<\/span>, through the random combination modality for advertising purposes. <\/span>The period to participate in the draw will be from December 4 to 18, 2023, both included. In this publication, each participant must meet the specified requirements in order to participate in the announced draw. Participation in the raffle is free and national.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.- DISCONNECTION FROM THE SOCIAL NETWORK<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The social networks used for each draw will be used solely as information channels for the contests\/draws, without the social network promoting, endorsing or administering this promotion in any way. The organization, information and responsibility thereof falls exclusively to SAND\u00cdA FOODIE and MEL\u00d3N DE AUTOR.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3.- RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Any natural person, over 18 years of age, who resides in Spanish territory and is physically in said territory during the development of the draw can participate in the draw. Participation is not, in any case, linked to the purchase of merchandise, services or rights of use.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Those people linked, through an employment or commercial relationship, to both the organizing company and the collaborating companies or those who stop being employees in the middle of the promotional period, as well as their family members up to the third degree, <\/span>will not be able to participate<\/span> in the raffle.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Once all requirements have been completed, participants will be included in the drawing. Only one registration per user and promotion will be allowed during the duration of the promotion. Registration means the right of a natural person to participate once in the draw.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Only registrations sent through the Internet and through the established procedure will be accepted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In addition, all incomplete, false registrations will be considered null and void. <\/span>or that do not meet the requested requirements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

4.- PRIZES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The prize will be specified in each publication. In this case, a shoulder of ham and a box of Signature Melon will be raffled among all participants. Please remember that the image shown on the prize is illustrative only, and does not represent the actual prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All residents of the Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be able to benefit from free shipping of the prize. Excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

5.- DRAW<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The drawing procedure will be carried out <\/span>through the Easypromos platform. These users will be collected in a database and through the platform, the winner will be chosen, being selected randomly.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The winner will be informed via email and their name will be announced on the social networks of SAND\u00cdA FOODIE and MEL\u00d3N DE AUTOR.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

GRUPO AUTOR will contact the winners by email to notify them of the result. The winner must respond to the same private message exclusively from the channel through which the notification was received. GRUPO AUTOR will have 24 hours, counting from the date of the draw, to contact the winner and request their identification data and acceptance of the prize. <\/span>In the event that the winner does not respond to said message and therefore it is not possible to locate the winner within a period of 48 hours, or the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, the organization will go to the reservation records in order extraction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In communication with the winning user, all the information necessary to send or collect the prize will be provided (name, surname, email, date of birth, telephone number, postal address and ID number); To withdraw it, it will be an essential condition to confirm the identifying data of GRUPO AUTOR. The prize will be sent to the winner's home during the month following the draw, as agreed by the company and winner.
