Interviewer: <\/strong>What do you do for a living?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>I am dedicated to the selection and packaging of oranges, melons and watermelons. My job is to select and pack the product in boxes. I love what I do and I really enjoy my work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>How many years have you worked at the company? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>I have been working at the company from 2006 to 2023, so 16 years ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>What is the most beautiful memory you have? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>It's been too many years to be left with just one memory. But I would like to highlight the good work environment and the colleagues who have become friends. As I remember highlighting the day we changed stores, it seemed huge to me and also with many new faces. If I look back I see that the growth has been considerable in terms of facilities, personnel and work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>What will you do from now on? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>Now I plan to dedicate myself to my grandchildren, to live and enjoy life a little more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>Tell us a funny or memorable anecdote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>We have shared many celebrations and fun moments together at the company. We have had many meals together and exchanged gifts. I have many anecdotes I could tell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>What advice would you give to new generations? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>I would tell them to have the initiative to work, to work well and to be willing to learn. It is important to have interest in the work, ask questions and be proactive. You have to do the tasks well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Interviewer: <\/strong>If you had your first bosses in front of you, what would you say to them? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Protection: <\/strong>I would tell you that I am very satisfied to have worked until my old age.
